Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE if appointment is cancelled 3hrs before service .!! There is a 15 minute grace period, your appointment is automatically cancelled after that time! * Please bring your own hair for crochet n locs service . Hair is included in the price for Box Braids and ponytail ,PLEASE ARRIVE WITH detangled hair for your wash service as this can be painful for those with tender scalp . A consultation is required before booking our dandruff treatment wash .
